Four-Step Screening Process

While on a recruiting assignment for a client, all recruiting specialists source candidates using a thorough and meticulous four-step screening process with a prove track record of success.

Once we have sourced a qualified candidate, we will present the candidate to a client and coordinate a telephone interview with the candidate and depending on the outcome of the initial interview coordinate an on-site interview with the candidate.

1. Application

Our in-depth application is our number one screening tool. 
Our recruitment specialists are specifically trained on how to review the application, and detect red flags like date discrepancies, blank answers and gaps in employment.

2. Interview

Recruitment specialists are trained to interview each candidate above-and-beyond the standard interview questions, which generally cover work history, skills and education. With expertly honed interpersonal communication skills, our Recruitment Specialists can discover more about a candidate in five minutes than most interviewers can find out after an hour of questioning.

3. Reference & Verification

It is our policy to obtain and verify prior employment references on each of our candidates. The recruiting specialist who contacts each of the candidate’s previous employer(s) to verify their work history handles reference checks. Verification of education, licenses or related certifications will also be done prior to the candidate visiting a client for an on-site interview. 

4. Drug Tests & Background Checks

We are committed to providing a healthy, drug-free and safe work environment for all employees. If requested by a client, we will conduct a drug screen to test for drug use. Additionally, we can conduct health screenings on all candidates presented to a client prior to interview or once ready for hire. Both the drug testing and health screenings will be quoted separately as part of our service agreement. Additionally, we request a letter of no criminal background (carta de no antecedentes penales) to all potential candidates in Mexico.

­ By following these steps when recruiting for qualified candidates our objective of sourcing the qualified candidate will be met.  We will use previously executed and successful tactics to source the ideal candidates. We will source from our internal Top Echelon network of national and international candidates, from global job boards and from sources like job and college fairs and candidate referrals.
